The scene features a figure on the right walking with a self-assured posture, with one hand inside their coat, while three figures on the left, behind a desk labeled "BANC DES MINISTRES," gesture with surprise or disapproval. The figure on the right is highlighted by radiating lines. The style of lines and shading gives a dramatic and satirical feel to the image.
