The sketch depicts an intimate portrait of two people. The figure on the left is in profile, with their head leaning slightly forward and resting against the other person's shoulder. They have long, dark hair and delicate facial features. The second figure is also shown in profile, positioned slightly behind the first person. This person has short, tidy hair and clear features facing the first person. Both are wrapped in soft fabric or draping clothing around their shoulders. The background is rough, dark shading, and the paper is lightly textured with small brown marks.
