Three figures are depicted in the image. In the center, a woman is seated on a throne holding a child. The woman has long wavy hair, a crown, and wears a red top and a blue cloak. The child is looking forward. To the left stands a bishop or saint, wearing a green and gold robe and holding a fish. To the right is a figure with a crown of leaves, leaning on a staff. Cherubs surround the figures, with a background of arches and coats of arms.
