Artist, Scottish, 1876 - 1953

This drawing depicts a cityscape with tall buildings viewed from a low angle. The color scheme is monochromatic in shades of grey to black. The architecture includes a cylindrical tower in the center with conical spires, a building with several stories of windows on the left, and what looks like a wall on the right with an arched opening. A lone person wearing a dark coat and a top hat walks on a paved area near the bottom left. The sky is gray, with faint cross-hatching lines.
