This print shows a complex array of curved and intersecting lines forming an abstract composition. The lines create interwoven organic shapes that suggest a person riding a horse. The person seems to have long, curved arms, and the horse’s legs are similarly stylized. The horse is facing the left, one leg raised. There are other shapes near the person and below the horse that could indicate objects, but they are hard to identify. Near the person’s shoulder and below the horse’s feet are two bird-like shapes that seem to fly in the air. Several sections of the design contain thin lines oriented in different directions that overlap with one another. The background beyond these central shapes is blank, off-white paper.
