Artist After, Netherlandish

The image shows a rural scene with buildings and livestock viewed from across a body of water. The horizon is higher in the composition, aligned with tree tops. The buildings have a traditional architectural style with gabled roofs and chimneys. Detailed linework and cross-hatching are used to create a textured effect on trees and buildings. The color palette is monochromatic in shades of black and white. Three oxen are in the water, leading towards a wooden structure and a narrow bridge. Birds are seen flying in the sky.
