This is a drawing of a comically exaggerated figure holding a large bayonet-rifle, set against a crowded background. The main subject is a cartoon-like character dressed in a voluminous skirt with the numbers "1867." The character appears to be struggling with the weight or size of the weapon. The background includes shadowy, indistinct figures and a stack of rifles to the right.
