The image shows a group of people seated or kneeling in various positions within a rustic structure with a thatched roof. A woman is seated to the right, looking down at an infant laid in a manger. The woman wears a draped garment with a halo around her head and has long, flowing hair visible beneath a veil. The undressed infant is peacefully resting with arms extended. Other individuals around them appear to offer gifts or express awe, dressed in simple robes and some holding staffs. One of the kneeling figures has a short, curly hairstyle and seems to present a basket of fruit. The background features a pastoral landscape with distant buildings and rolling hills under a clear sky with celestial symbols, including a star.
