The image is an etching featuring multiple figures in a religious scene. In the foreground, an elderly man, a woman kneeling, and a baby lying on a cloth are depicted. Several cherubic angels surround the baby. To the right, a man in a large cloak kneels with a staff visible behind him. Above, a group of angels with wings is gathered. In the background, there is the structure of a stable, an arched stone building, a bright star in the sky, and distant rolling hills under an open sky.
