The image is viewed from a slightly elevated perspective. The horizon is set above the center line, where a cluster of trees is situated in the distance. The brushstrokes are loose and swirling. The overall color palette is monochromatic, relying on a range of earthy sepia tones. Closest to us, the landscape is defined by grassy textures and a winding path leading towards a dense grouping of trees. The sky occupies the upper portion of the image, filled with dynamic, sweeping patterns.
