This print shows a cottage in a hilly landscape. The building is on the left side of the print and is seen from the side. It has several chimneys and one small window. Several indistinct people are out in front of the building, interacting with each other with their backs to us. The background features undulating hills stretching into the distance, shaded with vertical and horizontal lines. A flat body of water is visible behind the building on the far-left side of the print. The color palette is monochromatic, with dark lines on the beige paper.
