This is a drawing of a two-story house with a rooftop structure. The sketch is done on graph paper. The house features a simplistic façade drawn with pencil showing windows with crosshatch patterns, a doorway, and an upper level with a balcony. Grid lines of the paper are visible. There is a small decorative element or possible plant under one of the windows on the lower level. A scribbled signature or marking is visible on the lower right of the paper.
