The image shows a rural village scene from a slightly elevated perspective. The horizon is high in the composition, almost level with the roofs of the houses. Delicate lines depict detailed textures of thatched roofs and trees. The monochromatic color scheme features various shades of black and white. A cart with figures is seen on a path, leading towards more trees, houses, and figures. Further ahead, a person on horseback and others are visible. In the distance, rustic houses with thatched roofs and bare trees portray a tranquil village setting.
