in standard script on the base in underglaze blue in two columns of three characters each: Da Qing Kangxi nian zhi (made in the Kangxi reign of the great Qing dynasty)

Technical Summary

The foot-ring is sharply trimmed, and the recessed, concave base is covered with a colorless glaze. The neck has been ground off, and the foot has two chips.
