in seal script on the base in underglaze blue in three columns of two characters each: Da Qing Qianlong nian zhi (made in the Qianlong reign of the great Qing dynasty)

Technical Summary

The gray-green celadon glaze is uniform in tonality over the entire surface. The foot-ring has a light brown slip coating, and the recessed base is glazed.
