This painting shows a large pink brick building with grand architecture. Above it, the sky is a blend of white and light blue hues with fluffy clouds. The architectural details are intricate, such as tall windows and arched doorways. Behind the building, on the right, there appears to be a large clock tower, and other small buildings line the street in the distance to the left and right. Crowds of small people can be seen around the building. Some are dressed as soldiers, while others wear a mix of formal and plain clothing. On the far left and right, we can see horse-drawn carriages on the roads.
