The image depicts a cityscape from a slightly elevated viewpoint. A group of people stands near a grand building on the left side, while the sprawling cityscape includes various buildings, trees, and roads leading to the horizon. The horizon features a view of the sea with ships and a city with steeples and towers. Clouds are illustrated with fine lines and shading.
