The image shows four figures gathered closely together. The person on the far right is an adult woman, positioned in profile with her body facing left, her head turned slightly to look at the child on her lap. She has her hair styled in waves and wears a draped garment with flowing fabric. The central figures include a toddler sitting on the woman's lap, their curly hair and round face slightly turned towards another child close by. The other young child has similar curly hair, with features partly visible as they engage with the toddler. Both children are unclothed, except for drapery covering parts of their bodies. Behind them, an older woman wears a head covering with a detailed face, including a prominent nose and distinct eyes. She has her right hand raised, palm facing forward. The background is crosshatched, providing a textured, neutral backdrop to emphasize the figures.
