The image shows a busy scene outside a train station. Many people are crowded together, some trying to board or exit. They are depicted in motion, with exaggerated facial features and various body positions. Men are wearing suits and top hats, women are in dresses with bonnets. One man is shown sitting above the chaos on a ledge, holding a long stick or whip. There is no jewelry visible, but hats, walking canes, and packages can be seen. A clock on the wall indicates a busy moment. The station has grand architecture.
