This image depicts two individuals on a street in the rain. The person on the right is in a crouched position with their body bent over, reaching down to the ground. This person is seen from the side and wears a black cap, a light-colored shirt with the sleeves rolled up, and dark pants that appear to be rolled up past the knees. They are barefoot and holding a basket. The person on the left is holding a large umbrella over their head. They are seen from the side, partially turned away, dressed in a long, dark gown and bonnet. The background shows a street scene with tall buildings visible amidst diagonal rain lines. The ground appears wet and reflective.
