The image shows four men from the waist up. They are positioned in a group, engaging with one another; two men in the foreground are shaking hands, while two others stand closely observing. All four men wear top hats. The man on the right has an elaborate mustache, and his hair is tucked under his hat. He is wearing a light-colored coat and a dark bow tie. The man on the left who is shaking hands with him has a beard and sideburns, wearing a dark suit with some patterning. The two men in the background have their attention focused on the handshake with neutral expressions, and they too wear dark suits and bow ties. The setting is unclear but suggests an indoor environment.
