This is an image of a jester standing beside a large tree with an axe nearby. The tree has the words "SUFFRAGE UNIVERSEL" carved into its trunk. The jester is holding a chisel and looking at the inscription, while an axe is placed on the ground next to the tree. The drawing is detailed, showing textures in the tree bark and jester's clothing.
