This is a drawing of skeletons with political terms written on them. The drawing shows several human skeletons lying side by side with words like "AMENDEMENTS", "RÉFORMES", "LIBERTÉS PROMISE", and "PROJETS DE LOI" inscribed on them. Above the skeletons, two figures are depicted engaged in laborious activities - one pushing a wheelbarrow up an incline, and another using a pickaxe in the background. The drawing conveys a theme related to forgotten or neglected political promises and processes. At the bottom, the words "Les arènes législatives ou Les ruines de la Chambre en 2870" suggest a critique of legislative decay or stagnation.
