The artwork shows the head and upper shoulders of a young girl in a three-quarter view. Her head is slightly turned to the right, revealing a smile. The girl has brown hair and is wearing a broad-brimmed hat with pastel strokes. She has a high-collared light-colored garment. The background is plain and neutral. There are no visible signs of jewelry or additional objects in the frame.
