This is a drawing of an anthropomorphic octopus entangled with a sign reading "MONARCHIE". The octopus is shown entwined with a curved wooden plank or sign labeled "MONARCHIE". The octopus appears to have its tentacles wrapped around the sign. The background and setting are minimal, focusing attention on the interaction between the octopus and the plank. The drawing style is reminiscent of political cartoons.
