This is a drawing of an ornate decorative element featuring figures and a large fish. The artwork depicts a fantastical scene with detailed linework. The mythical fish creature has elaborate ornamentation beneath it. Two figures are positioned on top of the fish; one is standing holding a staff, while the other is in a leaning pose. The fish is adorned with intricate patterns and bead-like decorations hanging from its underside. There is a decorative crest above the scene connected by chains, and elegant scrollwork extends from this central piece.
