Two figures are prominently shown in the image. The figure on the right is displayed from the waist up, seated in a profile position, turned slightly to the left. This person has a prominent aquiline nose, a broad forehead, and is balding with a bit of hair towards the back. He is dressed in a dark coat adorned with ornate embroidery or embellishments, including a large decoration on the chest. The figure on the left consists of three older men shown from the waist up, engaged in close conversation. They have distinct, exaggerated facial features such as pronounced noses and furrowed brows, and two of them have balding heads with the remaining hair towards the back. These men seem to be wearing simple, sketch-like clothing without significant details. In the foreground, there is a stack of papers on a desk-like surface. The background of the image is plain.
