The image shows four figures in an indoor setting. Three people are seated around a small dining table, and one person is standing. The seated individuals include a man on the left, who is shown in profile, wearing a tall hat and formal attire with long sleeves. Next to him is a child, partially turned towards the man, wearing a simple garment. Across from these two is another seated figure, turned away from the viewer, wearing what seems to be a striped garment with a bonnet or head covering. The standing figure on the right side of the image is an older person with a round face and short hair; they are dressed in a long dark coat and appear to be holding a small jug or pitcher in their right hand. The background shows a textured wall and a framed picture above the seated group, while the floor beneath them is lightly shaded.
