The image shows a large, dark rectangular shape on the left side. It has a relatively straight right edge and a small circular cutout near the top right corner. The rectangle has a grainy texture similar to a chalkboard. On the right side, there is a lighter area with handwritten notes, including numbers and words aligned vertically. The notes resemble a handwritten list, possibly a grocery or to-do list.
