The image shows two individuals, a man and a woman, in a side profile. The man stands upright with a rope in his hand, while the woman leans forward as if pulling against the rope attached to her waist. The man has facial hair, a beard, wears a hat, a light-colored shirt and pants, and dark shoes. The woman wears a headscarf and a dark one-piece garment that covers her from shoulders to just above the ankles. She is barefoot. A seated woman in similar attire is also visible in the background. The setting seems to be indoors with a plain backdrop, suggesting a simple room or stage. The drawing is black and white with a textured appearance.
