Artist, German, 1500 - 1550

The image depicts a full-body figure standing in a slight profile position. The figure has a classic profile facial feature with a well-defined nose and a serene expression. The hair is styled with curls and adorned with a headpiece or wreath. Draped clothing falls elegantly down to the ankles, with a sense of motion in the fabric's folds. Large feathered wings extend from the figure's back. They are holding a jug-like vessel in one hand, pouring liquid onto a ball beneath, while their other arm is bent upward, clutching another vessel. The background has a textured surface with geometric patterns resembling stair steps or a podium. The left side of the image has the word "TEMPERANCIA" along its length, and the inscription "I-SB 1539" is visible on the right.
