The image depicts a man in a portrait, shown from the chest up. He is positioned in a three-quarter view, facing slightly to his left. The man has a high forehead, prominent cheekbones, a closely cropped beard and mustache, and thinning hair towards the back of his head. He wears a collared garment with detailed embroidery and a string tie at the collar. The portrait is within an ornate oval frame with surrounding text and script below the image. The background has a textured pattern.
