The image shows a collection of exaggerated human forms with large, distorted heads and elongated facial features. The figures are rendered in swirling, irregular lines. The oversized heads are reminiscent of caricatures. They appear to float or partially submerge in a liquid surface resembling a sea or lake. There is a small boat with two figures and one figure appearing to dive with legs in the air, suggesting boat riding and swimming.
