This is a drawing of knights among trees with some human figures depicted as hanged. The scene is set in a forested area where armored figures are scattered throughout. The foreground shows a large tree, and several figures, some in armor, are positioned around it. Some wear full armor while others have helmets and chainmail. Among the group of figures, some are bound and appear to be prisoners. Several figures are depicted hanging from tree branches. The image features detailed line work, conveying texture and depth in the foliage and the figures' armor. The trees are illustrated with gnarled bark.
