Artist, Italian, c. 1552 - 1629

This is a detailed drawing of numerous figures gathered together. The central figure is handing something to another figure using a crutch. There are additional figures surrounding them, some partially visible. One figure is cloaked and appeared to be seated or kneeling. The drawing is done in a monochrome palette with shading for depth. The use of dark outlines and light washes gives the image an old-world feel. The composition is balanced with flowing lines indicating movement and interaction.
