The image depicts four figures: three clothed women standing on the left side and a nude male figure lying down on the right side. The women have conical hairstyles and wear elaborate outfits with possible checked patterns. The male figure is lying horizontally, facing upward with arms behind his head, on what seems to be a bed or platform. The sketch is simple, with minimal background detail.
