This is a drawing of a central figure rising amidst a group of sleeping soldiers. The drawing depicts an illuminated, majestic figure at the center, draped in flowing garments and holding a staff with a banner. This figure stands on a platform or stone slab that has cracked open, surrounded by rays of light. Around the central figure are several armored soldiers resting in various positions. Detailed embellishments and broad strokes highlight the texture of their armor and the folds of their garments. The scene includes clouds and cherubic figures above. Detailed shading and intricate linework define the texture and depth of the entire image.
