Artist, American, born Russia (now Latvia), 1903 - 1970

The image shows a person sitting in a casual pose from the upper torso down to the knees. The individual is seated with one leg crossed over the other and their face leaning against one hand, which rests on their chin. Their head is tilted slightly to the side. The person has short hair and is wearing a simple top and a patterned skirt or shorts. The sketch is done in pencil with a loose, fluid quality. The background of the image is plain.
