The sketch shows a woman seated with a baby on her lap. The woman is angled slightly to the side, with her arms supporting the baby. Her facial features are not detailed, and her hair is drawn simply. She is dressed in a dress, with sleeves and a front opening. The baby is wearing a patterned one-piece outfit and appears to be looking upward. The background is plain, with no additional objects or scenery.
