This is a drawing of a skeletal figure leaning over a sleeping human figure in a bed. The scene is rendered in a highly detailed etching style with strong crosshatching. The skeletal figure appears to be facing the person in the bed, who is comfortably nestled under a blanket with their head resting on a pillow. A clock is visible on the wall, its time frozen and unclear due to the intricate linework.
