The sculpture is a round medallion with intricate details. It features a seated figure next to a lion. The main subject is a draped human figure, possibly male, seated with one arm extended towards the lion. The lion is lying next to the figure. The background of the sculpture has circular indentations and tree-like forms. The medallion is made of golden-toned metal and has two holes on either side.
