The sculpture depicts a crucifixion scene. The central figure is a man affixed to a cross, arms outstretched and feet resting on a small block. He wears a crown of thorns and shows marks of physical distress. Another figure stands beside the cross, possibly a saint or religious figure, wearing flowing robes and holding a chalice. The sculpture is made from a dark material, possibly wood, and painted in mostly monochrome tones. Floral patterns and ornamental elements on the robe add texture, with surrounding decorative designs framing the scene.

The image shows a view through a decorative arched entrance leading to another architectural structure in the distance. The arch is adorned with two statues on either side, and a cross sits atop the center. The horizon line is not distinctly visible, directing the eye to the building beyond. The structural elements of the arch and the edifice in the distance are detailed. The scene has a vintage sepia tone, giving it an aged appearance. The lighting creates soft shadows, emphasizing the textures and details of the stonework and sculptures.
