The image shows an engraving of a man from the waist up. He is facing slightly to the left with his head turned towards the viewer. The man has a long nose, a pointed goatee, arched eyebrows, deep-set eyes, curly hair, and is dressed in historical attire with an elaborate vest and wide white collar. There are decorative elements around him, including scrolls and a heraldry cartouche at the bottom. The background has subtle shading for depth.
