Artist, Dutch, 1853 - 1890

This drawing depicts a row of two or three white cottages or buildings. The pointed rooftops are uneven and covered with dark chimneys. The buildings each have several doors and windows. They are oriented diagonally, and the doors face the bottom left corner of the drawing. There are some small dark bushes on the far right, but otherwise the ground is mostly empty except for a few shadows. The sky is also mostly empty. The color palette is monochromatic gray, and the drawing has been made with soft lines.
