The image shows a stylized representation of a body of water flowing through the center of the scene. The horizon is not distinctly defined, merging into the upper edge of the piece without clear separation from the textured surface. The brushstrokes seem to be meticulously carved, with lines varying in depth and form to create the illusion of movement and undulating waves. The color palette is dominated by deep, muted blues and blacks, with slight hints of lighter, blue-green tones adding highlights. Faint outlines of boats or shapes reminiscent of birds are visible close to us, while the farthest parts retain textural complexity, hinting at distant ripples and the fluid nature of water.

The sculpture depicts the outline of a reclining human figure, possibly laying on their side with one leg slightly bent at the knee. The surface of the sculpture is carved with a stylized, minimalistic representation, where the lines delimit the form of the figure against a flat base. The color of the sculpture is a deep black. Above the figure, there is a patterned band adorned with star shapes and a crescent moon. The piece has a textured look with evident tool marks and a rough finish.
