The image shows a group of men from the waist up. The central figure stands upright and reads from a piece of paper. The central person has a large mustache and sideburns, and wears a tall hat. He is dressed in a formal suit with a vest and bow tie under a coat. Surrounding him are several men with a variety of hats. A man on the left appears to be leaning forward, holding a top hat, while another on the right gestures with one hand. The background consists of crowded paintings and frames. There are no visible jewelry pieces on any individuals.
