Artist, Netherlandish, 1489/1494 - 1533

The image shows two figures standing closely together, depicted from head to toe. Both people are standing upright, slightly leaning toward each other with their heads touching gently. The person on the left is wearing a headscarf or veil covering their hair completely, and their facial features are delicately defined. They are wearing a flowing robe. The individual on the right has long, wavy hair that falls past their shoulders, with sharp facial features. They are also dressed in long, draped garments and holding a staff resting against their shoulder. The background has minimal detail, with horizontal lines suggesting a textured landscape.
