The image depicts a view down a historic street from a slightly elevated angle. A building with intricate window detailing and a steep roof is in the foreground on the left. Further down the street, there are more buildings with architectural intricacies such as domes and balconies. The style of the piece is sketch-like with loose brushstrokes and a mixture of pen and ink. The color palette is minimal with predominantly light browns and blues. A hanging street lamp in the middle adds to the historical ambiance of the scene.
