She has tightly curled hair, a high forehead, and is wearing an elaborate gown with lace trim on the collar and cuffs. She is holding a folded fan at her waistline and wearing a pearl necklace. The background is plain with text inscriptions including "Lady of the Court of England" and "Nobilis Mulier Aulica Anglicana."
