This is a drawing featuring classical architecture with allegorical figures. There is an ornate stone pedestal with two draped female figures on either side, each holding a large inscribed banner. In the background are Italianate buildings, cloudy skies, and two small statues. The drawing shows detailed attention to architectural elements, shadow, and engraving. At the base of the pedestal, there is an inscription attributed to the artist.
